With the guidance of the UI/UX Design Lead, you will work closely in small, mixed teams of designers and developers to both flesh out new features and streamline the existing. You'll sweat the small stuff, and embrace the iteration. You bring your own set of time-tested tools, techniques, and best-practices to the table, and are constantly honing them against emergent technologies. 

You will:

• Develop UI concepts using both low- and high-fidelity prototypes
• Code well-structured HTML/CSS 
• Liaise with our customer support team to identify UI friction points
• Collaborate with our software developers to integrate your designs into Clio's codebase

We need you to have:

• A portfolio showcasing design talent and experience
• A knack for turning complex concepts into simple UIs
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to code designs in HTML/CSS

We hope you have:

• Experience with web application frameworks, such as Ruby on Rails or PHP
• Experience with Javascript
• Knowledge of Agile development methods
